I’m a former writing professor (intro college writing, professional and technical writing) and researcher (health, medicine, and disability communication) turned science writer turned freelance writer and content creator.

I am passionate about helping individuals, teams, and organizations craft thoughtful, well-researched communication targeting specific audiences.

This might include: blogs; LinkedIn posts; grant applications; slide decks; Knowledge Base content; product copy; app release notes; instructional documents or videos; academic journal articles; or anything else you can think of!

I lead projects from initial consultation to publication day and beyond, with direct responsibility for day-to-day management of process and workflow, as well as tracking of engagement metrics and content channel successes.

I enjoy collaboration, and I work well with cross-functional teams. I also thrive working independently and am not afraid of working with little oversight.

I’m naturally curious, and always on the lookout for projects that will allow me to leverage my experience and expertise while learning something new.
